    If you have cleared the JEE Main 2017 cutoff then you are eligible to write the JEE Advanced 2017 exam.

    Based on your performance on JEE Advanced and the cutoff determined by the respective IITs, you will get admission in them.

    Yes of course you can there is no relation to mains marks whatsoever rather than worrying about such a redundant fact ,you must study hard and give your best shot.
