i haven't received inter long memo is there any problem if i uploded short memo for online registration

Yes, you can upload the short memo if you haven’t received the long memo yet. But make sure the short memo has your hall ticket number, marks, and other important details clearly visible.
Later, if required, you may be asked to submit the long memo. There is usually no problem for online registration with the short memo.
