Hello

No , you are not eligible for neet 2020 examination as your supplementary exam and its result will take time but to be eligible for neet examination, you should have passed you 12th with at 50 % aggregate in pcb if you belong to general category or 40 % aggregate if you belong to obc/sc or st category before 1st round
of neet counselling
But , with supplementary exams you cannot fulfil this criteria and thus you are not eligible for neet 2020
