I heard that 2019 jcece exam will not going to be conduct for b tech.. Please give correct information

Hello,
From this year onward, admission to all the engineering colleges which were coming under the JCECE, would be done on the basis of JEE mains rank conducted by NTA. So to take admission in BTech into the colleges coming under the j c e c e you must appear in the JEE Mains. The counseling should be done on the basis of JEE mains rank.

but the official website has no such notice and none of the colleges that were accepting the jcece have such notice too. i am very confused
It has been officially announced and also it has been published in newspapers..the information in correct..
Then the counselling will be done by josaa or jeceb
