i hot 64 percentile in mains January 2020. which collage can i prefer?

If you consider rank formula then your rank will be around 3 lakhs 20K. It clearly means that you won't be able to qualify for JEE advance.

Do, if you consider previous year cutoffs then you can get Silicon or Orissa Engineering College.

Otherwise you will have to apply in any private University.

You have less percentile so you have very less possibility of goverment college under jee mains and thus you can try other colleges by taking other competitive exams like
