i hv 70% in 12th. 60 in kcet. 36 marks in jee mains and 11 marks in jee adv. can i get best or good clg in karnataka??

It's fine. But you can get into good colleges, if you're from sc/St. Otherwise, my opinion is you to opt private colleges under management quota.
