i hv domicile,and castecertificate of Maharashtra,but i hv done 10th,12th from other state,can i take part in neet85%statecouncelling of MH?

Hello aspirant,
The new eligibility rule clearly states that a candidate to take benifit of 85% state quota has to pass both his tenth and +2 from maharashtra and should also have a domicile certificate.
Prior to 2016 it was necessary to have either of tenth or +2 passing certificate from maharashtra to be eligible,but that rule is scrapped now after the new supreme court order.
So unless one has all the three documents one gets counted under 15% outside state quota.
