I am really sorry to say that your marks are very low in graduation to meet the eligibility criteria for BEd exam. The basic eligibility criteria for getting admission in any Bed college is that the candidate must have passed his Bachelor of Arts(B.A),Bachelor of Science(B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com.) from a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. Since you do not meet the basic eligibility criteria for the course hence you cannot go for admission in bed course.

The eligibility for B.ed varies from college to college depending on the criteria they put up for the students. While some colleges require only graduation as their eligibility, others tend to keep the criteria of 50% marks or higher such as 55% in qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria For B.Ed In UP is atleast 50%-Ba/BCom/BSc and 55% for BTech/B.E. and if you don't cross the minimum eligiblity criteria then you are not eligible for applying in UP. And I assume in most states across India is will be same. With some relaxation to Reserved Categories.
