I hv got a seat in iit dhanbad in mining machinery in 1st mock round but didn't get that seat in 2nd mock round,can I get that seat??

This is possible as another candidate with a higher rank than yours might have opted for the same branch after the results of first mock round, so he/ she might have got that option and you might have got any other option which is less preferred and present below this one in your counselling preferred colleges' list. Still there is a possibility that you may get this option, if any of the seats are vacant and you keep your option as float. Only then you can get the seat. Till then, keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.
