I hve passed my 12th in 2013 & there is gap in completing my graduation,I Will complete my graduation in 2020 will I be eligible for PO 2020

According to the eligibility criteria of SBI PO, there is no mention of the provision of gap or something. The only criteria the bank has mentioned is that you need to have a graduation degree in any stream (final year/semester students can also apply), plus you should be between the age of 21 to 30. Candidates belonging to reserved categories are eligible to avail relaxation in age. Thus, if this is your final year/semester of graduation, and you fall in the age bracket of 21 to 30, then you are eligible for SBI PO 2019.
