With this much percentile i believe in Pwd general category, you do have a chance of getting qualified for JEE Advance exam but to be very sure we have to wait for the official announcements to be made. Once the final result is declared after the April session, then we can be sure about the cutoffs for JEE Advance.
As of now i would suggest you that you work hard and try to score higher score in April session, to improve you chances.
