I incorrectly fill the aiq 15 % category so can i correct this category in correction period which is stating from 15 jan...i have not also submitted the form yet so can i opt for new registration ??

Yes, you can correct the state of eligibility in correction window. But if you haven't submitted the application yet, try editing it now if possible. If not then wait for correction window, you can do it then. You don't need to register again for this.
