I just did my 12 th but I really don't know anything about how to apply for NEET ,like any form etc please can u help

If you have completed you class 12th now and want to apply for your NEET UG examination, then here you can get the help:

Basically, you need to fill the registration form in the official website of NTA : https://neet.nta.nic.in/ and then after that you need to give the NEEt examination .

About the exam : It consists of 720 marks paper comprising of about 180 questions in total carrying 4 marks each in all the three subjects - physics, chemistry and Biology.

And then after qualifying the exam you get you preferred colleges whether private or government.
