I know that a distance and regular course can be done simultaneously but my query is if I want to do two different courses from two university both university will ask me for migration certificate . since I have already submitted my migration in one of the university how can I submit to other

hi,
generally in distance learning courses , university does not required to submit the migration certificate, however in this case you may give the xerox copy of your migration certificate in one of the university and in another university which you give the highest priority give the original certificate. however it xerox copies are not allowed you have to chose any of the university and try to search for another institute where migration certificate is not mandatory.
