I know the criterion of qualification for IIT but I got 73% but my pcmb and language marks are 78% will I qualify for IIT jee

In order to be eligible for IITs you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile in general caregory.
You have to consider your marks in 5 subjects below
Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
Language
Any subject other than the above four (the subject with the highest marks will be considered)

To qualify for IITJEE you need to have atleast 75% aggregate marks in class 12th board exams or your percentage needs to be under top 20 percentile of your respective board.
So you can't get admission in IIT/NIT/IIIT if you don't have that much percentage.
