I leave in Himachal now but my address is jharkhand so what I put on ardress

In the application form of AIIMS MBBS 2019, there is an option of Permanent address and Correspondence address. If your permanent address is of Jharkhand so you can fill that address in the Permanent Address field and in the Correspondence address field you can mention the other address.
You can also fill the address which is mentioned in your documents.
