i have one backlog exam in degree 2nd year.icet counseling has started.supply results are not yet come.can i attend the Counseling with Bonified Certificate

Dear aspirant

You have to clear your backlog papers. Then only you will get a degree.And without degree you can apply for the jobs. So first to go your college talk to your administrator and clear your papers as soon as possible.
