Some state-level engineering colleges in Gujarat and other states accept JEE Main scores and may have lower cutoffs for branches other than CSE or ECE.
Look into Gujarat state counseling (GUJCET-based counseling) for colleges that accept JEE Main scores.
Many private engineering colleges and universities accept lower JEE Main percentiles. Colleges like Nirma University, Ahmedabad University, Ganpat University, and others may offer admission through management quota or consider your JEE Main score.
You can also apply through other entrance exams conducted by private universities, such as BITSAT, SRMJEEE, VITEEE , etc.
You can go to many state level counselling.
