i live in haryana but my school is in delhi so what should i fill in counseling of haryana?haryana or.outside haryana

As you told you are filling the form of counselling in haryana and you are the permanent residence of Haryana, So you do not have to fill (Outside Haryana) you must fill (Haryana) as you are having your permanent residential certificate of haryana as a proof. And if you are not having the permanent residential certificate of Haryana then you have to fill (Outside haryana) in the form you are filling.
