I live with my mother and we have a case pending in court. I don't have my father's income certificate. How can I apply for ews certificate?

See there are no such specific mentions in the official notifications for EWS. I would recommend you to contact any lawyer or the Magistrate office to know more about if there is any provisions which apply for not issuing the EWS certificate.
