I login to viteee application but didn't complete application since i didn't have scanned copy of photograph. Will i get disapproved.

No definitely not.Your application will not be disapproved.You can again login into your account after you have your scanned photograph and can complete rest of the process of application filling.After it you have to make payment of 1150 rupees.

No,You will not get dissaprove.You need to login again and pay the require fees and complete the process of registration (Application Form)
