You didn't mention which exam registration number you lost. However, there is no need to worry.
Try going to the website where you registered and find if there is a "forgot application no." option. If it's there you will be asked your name and date of birth to retrieve your registration no. maybe. Otherwise, there is another way too.
You can go search through your emails in your inbox(in the registered email) and messages in your registered phone number. Confirmation of registration is always notified through email and messages. You will definitely find it there.
