Hello,

You have to go to your school with an application mentioning you want a copy of your memo and ask them to help you get one. They are the only person who can help you to get another copy. It might be duplicate and it will get attested by the school if needed.

In future don't lose any document as everything is important and it will needed in the coming procedures.
