There is absolutely no problem in using the virtual copy of 10th marksheet in the josaa counseling process. The certificates provided in digilocker are digitally signed and verified, hence it is authorised by the government for all the legitimate uses. But you should apply for the duplicate copy of lost marksheet as you may need to surrender it when college starts.
