this is a serious issue. keep searching for your documents. When your 12th college opens, visit campus and ask the concerned official about your registration number and other required details. Apply to get copy mark-sheet.
it will ruin your career if you don't find it before any process starts. You will need it during counselling and in the admission process. Keep on looking. search every possible place where you feel you have lost.
