Don’t worry. If you have your UPTET application/registration number, losing the admit card does not necessarily prevent you from checking your result.

However, the result-checking process depends on the UPTET exam year. The official UP Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari portal provides UPTET candidate services, and its older UPTET login system uses the registration number and OTP for candidate access.
