i lost my intermidiate short memo i have long memo can i eligible for government jobs

Yes. You need not worry about it. Either short memo or long memo should be submitted while the time of registration. There's no work with the type of memo. Only thing that matters is your marks and the details of you. Both the memo's does consists of these details. So you can submit any of them.

Now, if you have time you can inform in the school/College about this. They will arrange a duplicate copy of the memo you have lost. Some formalities need to be completed. Institute will inform you about that.
