Since you haven't mentioned the name of the university or college or any other institution for which you lost your registeration idea, I will tell you the basic information regarding how to retrieve the forgotten id.
When you first registered, you must have gotten a mail regarding your registeration. If you have that mail id, then please check through it. Generally you may find relevant information through which you can find out your lost details.
In case, you do not have that mail id, search in your messages. You may find the relevant details there in the messages too. And if not, then you should go to the portal and look if there is any forgot option.
