You can obtain a duplicate class 10th certificate by applying for a duplicate copy of it. Depending on the board from which you have passed you need to apply either online or offline. Please visit your school from which you have passed class 10th and take the issue to them, report the loss of class 10th certificate and enquire regarding the procedure to obtain the class 10th certificate. You have to provide your details like your name father's name, mother's name, date of birth, hall ticket number, year of passing etc. You might as well have to pay an additional fee to obtain the class 10th. After you are issued with class 10th certificate you can apply for passport.
