I lost my sslc marks card and i got my second copy of marks card today. Can i use that for pgcet documentation purpose?

Yes definitely its acceptable and can be used provided it has all necessary details of marks and aggregate marks and valid stamps apprived by college/institute /school.
Make sure yiu can validate it and show relevant other documents incase its asked.
