I love computers. Which branch should I join?

If you are much interested in computers, the best branch to prefer is Computer Science Engineering. It deals with software and also some part of the hardware. Software part deals with implementing the software, creating code as preferred by clients, managing data through coding. Coming to hardware it deals parts in computer such as processors, CPU part etc.. Moreover career in software is always at it standards. There many top MNC'S hiring every year. There are many job opportunities in this growing field. So choosing CSE is the best option if you are passionate in computers.

You can join Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Computer Engineering (CE). CSE focuses on software while CE focuses on hardware. The course is offered at the UG and PG level. Admissions are taken either through JEE or entrance tests after candidates complete 10+2 with PCM and English as core subjects. After completing 4-year UG, you can be employed in software firms, IT hub, banking and finance, education, hospitality and tourism, healthcare etc. Big recruiters in IT sector are -- TCS, Infosys, WIPRO, etc.
