The minimum age for NEET is 17 years and the maximum age limit is 25years or more as per directed by the supreme court.

So, yes you can apply for NEET.

Yes, of course, you can appear for NEET Exam. The minimum age to be eligible for NEET is 17 years. Right now, there is no upper age criteria until Supreme Court passes any Judgement on it, you can appear. There are other criteria too, you must check them before registering.
