I m 40 yrs of age. LDC in rajasthan Education departments. What is other option in govt competition exam?

Hope you are doing well ! Sorry but it's little tough to get a job in this age but however if you belong to a reserved category sc ,sc,etc then Indian services like upsc,rpsc,UPPSC etc can be the better option for you Otherwise you have to continue with your previous job.

Let me thank you first that you have a question for the world which am happy to answer. Your question may help others too who might be having similar confusion or be worried in the dilemma of asking one but couldn't. However, great that you did.

Before answering your question, congratulations for grabbing a Government job while others are still in queue. Attaining 40 years is not the end, as you can still for Rajasthan State Civil Services (RAS) Examination for next five years. The maximum age for a Rajasthan Government employee is 45 years. Else, you can also take your own inter departmental examiantion to get promotions.

Further, I would also like here to point out that all you need is just one chance and a year to qualify the examination, provided you make the best of both, the chance and the year. So just, get, set and go.
