As per your percentile ; your rank is around 15-20 thousand ( category rank ).
So in 15-20 thousand rank you may get low ranking nits like ( Goa ; srinagar ; Uttarakhand etc.) But it will not fruitfull as much ; better to take CSE in state government colleges ( if you wants only CSE ) otherwise you can go with other branches in good nits.
