    Dear Neeraj,

    If you want to apply for the Btech. entrance exam like JEE mains or for any university without any reservation then you need not to attach your SBC( special backward category) certificate. But if you want to get admission by reservation then it is a compulsion for you to attach your category certificate with the application form.
