Yes you can apply for jee jee main and advanced but only after clearing your compartment paper. You can also appears for improvement examination in all five subjects and then secure the minimum eligibility requirement. You can then also apply for JEE main and advanced.

Firstly clear the compartment exam, and the apply for improvment exam all subject ,workhard don't take such burden you may give the JEE exam also ..
