I m done BCA 2011 -2014 now may I get first graduate certificate

Usually most of the universities/colleges provides the graduation degree within two years of graduation. Thus if you have passed in 2014 then you should have collected it by 2016. Now as you haven't collected it, I would suggest you to go to your university/college office with all your documents such as Marksheets, Registrations, Admit of each exam etc and ask about the formalities. Usually, a application is required to be addressed to the controller of Examination of your university and based on it, the retrieval process will be started and if every thing goes right you can expect your degree to be available to you within a month.
