I m expecting 61 marks in jee mains exam 2018 and I m from SC category so can I get into an NITs ???

Yes based on your JEE Mains score and category you have a chance to get a seat in any NITs, right now keep working hard for your upcoming JEE Advanced exam.

Chances are there. You won't get top NITs but you will most probably get a seat in some low rank NITs. Also, do check colleges other than NITs. That would increase your chances of getting a seat.

You will, most probably. But it also depends.
What is your home state? If you belong to a state like Chattisgarh, where the cutoffs for NIT Raipur goes well beyond 2 lakhs for home state SC candidates, and about 50000 even for other state SC candidates, you'll be able to get admission.
But if you belong to a state like say, UP or AP where the cutoffs for home states go even higher than other state quota, them your chances are bleak.
