Hello candidate.As you mentioned that your rank is 12067 under OC category,there are many colleges where you can get admission.But it is a bit difficult to get admission in government engineering colleges.No need to worry there many private engineering colleges where you can get admission.Some of the colleges are:

1.CBIT engineering college.
