i m from Haryana done my mbbs from Madhya Pradesh. I have my ews certificate of Haryana will it be applicable on mp state counseling??

Unfortunately, you cannot use your Haryana EWS certificate in Madhya Pardesh. Since you have domicile of Madhya Pradesh, you can use your EWS certificate in the state of Madhya Pradesh only.

But there is also an exception in this case, the EWS certificate has a PAN INDIA validity as long as you are using your  EWS certificate to avail 10 percent reservation facility in Central Universities and Central government jobs. But still you can't use this certificate to avail 10 percent reservation facility in State government jobs and State Universities. In short, you can use this certificate to avail Central as well as State jobs and Universities if you have the Domicile if that state (in your case you have Domicile of MP) but in other states you can use this certificate to avail reservation in Central government jobs and Universities not State government jobs and Universities.
