It is with utter disappointment that I inform you that it is impossible to determine the cut off marks for a particular state in the examination. Candidates appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination may refer to previous years' cut off marks as a whole for the examination but not for any particular state as such.
There are two ranks provided to each of the candidates appearing for the examination. One is the All India Rank and the other is the Regional or State Rank. Candidates may choose from either of the two in order to test their eligibility for admission to any of the medical colleges spread across the country.
The cut off marks varies from year to year and so only an approximate can be determined from the evaluation of previous years' cut off.

The cutoff marks depend on many factors like the number of students who took the exam, level of the exam and number of seats available among others. Therefore, it isn’t correct to speculate the cutoff marks. However, you can check the previous year data to get an idea of the marks or percentage that you need to score to get a seat at AIIMS, Patna under SC category.

In the table given below, the qualifying percentage is the required percentage to pass the exam. The merit cutoff percentile refers to the last percentile at which the candidates were invited to attend the counselling process. The cutoff rank and the percentile secured is the last rank and percentile which got admission to AIIMS, Patna in 2017.

To qualify for Patna AIIMS, you have to score a minimum of 40% since you are from the SC category.

However, to secure a definite place you will have to score 64% marks.
