Mainly BIT Sindri, Dhanbad gives admission on the basis of JCECE since it a government college. But, it also accepts JEE Main score and reserves only a few seats for JEE Main rank holders. Looking at your percentile, it may be difficult for you to get into BIT Sindri even through home state quota but nonetheless, you must apply if you are open to non-core branches as well.
