i m getting calls about to fill the application form for collages like jain , reva ,etc .... should I fill it out or not .....and my true caller is showing it as a spam .... I'm confused ... can you please help me?

It would be better if you not filled the form after receiving those calls.If you are really interested to get the admission into those university then first visit their official website and follow the procedure that was mentioned in the respective website and contact them with the details that was available in the website .
