Practical knowledge on the subject for counselling is must to become a successful Counselor.
Identify individual’s strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, It help you to identify the student's own personality type.
It is most important about listening & understanding the interest and thought of an individual That’s how you build trust & a strong connection with the Students which are sensitive, curious, confused and have multiple thoughts.
