In my opinion, it totally depends why you want to go for an MBA after such a rich experience. Also, rather than going for a full time MBA program you can go for part time MBA programs, or one year MBA programs specially designed for higher experience executives. Moreover, you can try and do an MBA from abroad where your rich experience will not be considered as an obstacle but an add-on to your profile as they generally take people with 5-6 years of work experience.
