Hi Dilshad !

To be an IAS Officer, you should have Graduation degree from recognized university. Also, you have to crack UPSC Civil Service Exam both in Preliminary and Mains examinations. After that, based on the cut offs and your ranking, IAS or IFS or IRS or IPS will be chosen.
