Apne current college ko bolo voh tmhe ek Transfer certificate issue krke de denge.GOOD luck hope it helps

but mujhe admission cancle abhi nai krna hai......jab tak mujhe accha clg lag jata......clg vale kaise de denge....

If you r domiciled of maharashtra then you can upload domicile certificate instead of LC at FC CENTER.
