As per your requirement, i would say that there is nothing called minimum score in neet to get admission in your preffered medical college.

Getting admission depends on this year level of question paper, cut off , your rank, students to seat ratio.

What marks to score, you can get an idea on previous year cut off and then score more than that to secure your chances to get admission. Basically, minimum marks would depend on which college and which state you want, your caste reservation even. For general atleast you need to score 550+ to be on a safe side.
