With the marks of 250 in NEET 2021 and belonging to the OBC category, the chances of getting a seat in government medical college is not at all possible as because the cutoff goes quite high. Rather you may try for private medical colleges for BAMS also through management quota seats which might be quite possible . The private medical colleges for BAMS include-
