You can apply for ECA quota.
ECA quotes let you expect relaxation upto 15% of marks. But you should know that most of the students apply ECA in NCC and only a few colleges offer seats for that. So competition is very high. I suggest you to apply for ECA and upload all required certificates. Although your percentage of best four is good enough yet for a good college, take advantage of quota.
